IGA Burpengary

ACOT Electrical was engaged by our client, Inspired Built, to undertake a full electrical, data, and lighting fit-out of IGA Burpengary’s new 2500sqm retail site.

Our team, who have extensive retail lighting, electrical, and data experience worked closely with IGA to firstly understand their key objectives from the fit-out, and then prepare a detailed scope of works that outlining the project deliverables.

Larger retail projects like this come with more design, installation, and safety considerations and complexity as well as requiring adherence to stringent IGA standards. Not only did we have to install a range of façade and feature lights throughout the precinct, but we also had to implement an array of product lighting solutions for shelving and display units throughout.

In addition to the lighting installation, our team also provided a full electrical fit-out for the stores’ in-house commercial grade kitchen, and a full data set-up that included a PA system for customer announcements.

The electrical solutions we installed also included check-out registers, the deli area, and a range of other areas throughout the store.

We enjoyed working on this project as it showcased our multi-disciplinary electrical, data, and lighting expertise.
