As commercial electrical specialists, we wanted to design and execute a comprehensive solution that brought life to our new headquarters based in Teneriffe.

As a large established building with several tenants, including Brisbane’s leading residential builder and developer, we had an opportunity to create a solution that not only highlighted some of the key design features of the office space but also provided lighting that allowed our team members to enjoy their working environment comfortably.

Some of the key features of this commercial install included a mixture of LED strip lighting, feature walls, downlights as well as feature outlets including flush set Zetr and Trader Flatcat.

Dynalite and Control 4 were used for the lighting control, security and CCTV integration throughout to deliver a showcase office for all tenants. Ultimately, we wanted a workplace that allowed our employees to work collaboratively and seamlessly, and this new office space shows what can be achieved both aesthetically and practically.
