Arcos Villa, built by Graya™, has become one of Brisbane’s most iconic, innovative and awe-inspiring homes. Superbly designed by Joe Adsett Architects, Arcos expertly fuses traditional Queensland and Mediterranean design with contemporary touches throughout.

From the stunning rendered archways to the luscious landscaped vertical gardens, this home has to be seen to be believed, and the ACOT Electrical team were lucky enough to work with the Graya team to execute the electrical solutions for this epic home.

The size and scale of Arcos are huge, and as such, the bespoke electrical solutions the home required were significant and had to be carefully aligned with owners, Rob and Meghan Gray’s brief. The lighting not only had to bring this home to life, but it also had to be hidden and carefully placed as to not interfere with the minimalist aesthetic Rob wanted to achieve.

Throughout the project, which entailed 1000m2 under roof, in addition to the outdoor spaces (front and extensive backyard, pool, and courtyard), we installed a large mix of lighting, including downlights, recessed LED strip lights, neon flex, full custom feature pendant lights, LED panels, low voltage garden lights, and many more.
